Join us for a progressive dinner with a twist- a roaming culinary journey across the property, where each stop reveals a new flavor, a new beverage, and a fresh perspective. As you wander through scenic paths and hidden corners, you’ll be treated to a thoughtfully curated tasting experience. Small plates and paired beverages await at each destination until dinner at Blackberry Hall, then finishing with dessert in the Pear Orchard, turning the evening into a leisurely adventure of discovery, conversation, and indulgence. The adventure begins at the Red Shed with a glass of Blanc de Noir.

Meet on the front porch of the Manor and begin the culinary quest with a glass of McMenamins Blanc de Noir.
 
Appetizers in the Vinyard
Toasted crostini with honey lemon ricotta, housemade blackberry jam, prosciutto, flake sea salt, and fresh thyme
Paired with Edgefield Poor Farm Pinot Gris
 
Appetizers in the Barrel Room
Meat course
Short rib egg rolls with braised beef, celery, carrots, onions, and provolone cheese served with whiskey cheese sauce
Vegetarian course
Vegetarian egg rolls with brussels sprouts, braised carrots, celery, onions, and provolone cheese served with whiskey cheese sauce
 
Paired with a special surprise McMenamins wine
 
Appetizers in the Herb Garden
Cheeses: Brie, Manchego, smoky blue, aged white cheddar fonterra, Gouda aged signature served with housemade blackberry jam, Marcona almonds, red and green grapes, and fresh strawberries
Paired with Blackberry Smash, a cocktail made with Blackberries from the Edgefield

Meat Option
6-ounce tenderloin steak with seasonal spring vegetables, parsnip purée, pavé potatoes, chimichurri, and demi-glace reduction sauce topped with crispy shallots
Vegetarian Option 
Pistachio crusted cauliflower steak with parsnip puree, pavé potato, spring vegetables
And a mushroom gravy
 
Paired with Hammerhead or Ruby
 
Dessert in the Pear Orchard
Delicate flaky pastry shells filled with rich chocolate mousse, finished with chocolate curls, crisp chocolate pearls, and edible gold flakes
Paired with either High Council Brandy or Zinfandel Port along with coffee service
