The University of Washington Bothell opened its doors in 1990 with a founding faculty of just twelve and its first graduating class of three students. Over the next 35 years, UW Bothell has grown to nearly 6,000 students enrolled in more than 55 different academic programs. Join us as Founding Chancellor Dr. Warren W. Buck shares how the 128-acre campus went from cattle ranch to the construction of a modern co-located campus and native wetland restoration, with the help of community partnerships and cooperation to contribute to a better quality of life in Bothell, Washington.

Dr. Warren W. Buck is professor emeritus of physics and founding chancellor (1999-2005) of the University of Washington Bothell.
