All VIP package elements will be rendered invalid if resold. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of 237 Global. VIP instructions will be sent via email no later than three days (3) prior to the concert. If you do not receive this email three days (3) prior please email info@237global.com. All packages and contents are non-transferable; no refunds or exchanges; all sales are final. All VIP package items and experiences are subject to change. Please note that the information provided at the time of purchase (e-mail and mailing address) is the same information that will be utilized for individual contact requirements where applicable. 237 Global, the artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase. Please note:
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
  • We will follow all state and local Covid-19 guidelines in place at the time of each show. 
  • General admission venue, standing room only. Limited amount of mezzanine seats available for purchase for patrons 21+ only. (Note: Row A Seats 14-17 and Row B Seats 14-18 have an obstructed view)
  • For accessible seating you must have mobility disability or disability that requires use of the accessible features provided in Limited Mobility seating or are purchasing tickets for an individual who has mobility disability or disability that requires use of accessible features provided in accessible seating. If accessible ticket is not available, the section is sold out. 
  • Tickets are non-transferable. Will Call name changes are not permitted. 
  • Avoid long Will Call lines on day of show by selecting print at home tickets, which can be physically printed out or displayed on your phone to be scanned at the door.
  • You can have your confirmation email resent to you by going to https://www.etix.com/ticket/resend  
  • There are zip code restrictions set on tickets. If your zip code prevents you from purchase please select either “Will Call” or call ETIX Customer Support at 1-800-514-3849.
