Can art and design change the way we understand forest management? Join interdisciplinary designer David Buckley Borden and collaborators for an image-rich conversation exploring creative approaches to environmental storytelling.
Featuring art from the current Lookout Landscape exhibition featured at World Forestry Center’s Discovery Museum – including the Arboreal Goth project, Forest Fashion, and the Environmental Wayfinding System – Borden will share how research, design, and collaboration can spark new ways of seeing forests and the people who depend on them. Through a blend of curiosity, creativity, and critical inquiry, he’ll explore the complex relationships between working forests, communities, and the landscapes they call home.
