Jared DePry holds several of the highest professional certifications available to saké brewers and industry professionals in the United States. He has been instructed and certified by Oregon’s top Saké Samurai and has spent more than 8 years under the mentorship of Takumi Kuwabara, SakéOne’s master brewer. Jared truly embraces the world of fermentation and the endless possibilities for crafting great saké.
